Jetmapp has been providing excellent care to the community since 2016. Jetmapp Medical Clinic is a a family-oriented medical clinic. Our comprehensive medical home model focuses on preventative, acute, and chronic healthcare delivery, resulting in improved patient outcomes for adults and children. Because we understand the needs of the communities we serve, our primary care clinic is design to embrace the diverse nature of the surrounding culture.
OUR FOUNDER.
Myrlene Miot-Desmornes is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Jetmapp Medical Clinic in Miami Gardens, Florida. She earned her Master’s Degree from South University in 2014. She is specialized in family Medicine, Wellness, and Beauty. She enjoys living in South Florida with her husband and her four children. She has a passion for the youth ministry and enjoys teaching. She believes in developing a strong relationship with her patients to meet their specific needs.

Milfrane Miot- Aristide APRN BC
Milfrane Aristide is a Nurse Practitioner at JetMapp Healthcare. She originally attended South University at West Palm Beach, FL where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Milfrane then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from South University with a Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty in Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Florida. Milfrane is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Nurses Association. Milfrane and her family reside in South Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to church, singing, serve the community, learning and teaching.
Clinton Jules, MD
Dr. Jules completed his Medical School at University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine. Following his medical education, he did his residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Jules is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital and St. Anthony's Rehabilitation Hospital.
